For many years I have admired Irish art, not all done by Irish artists but by artists that call Ireland home and work out of Ireland.
I wanted to document contemporary art, struggling artists hopefully on there way up, I became the photographer for The Chimera Gallery in Mullingar and that gave me a doorway into the world of contemporary Irish art.
